Currently, the business is applying for a grant to support its expansion efforts. As part of this growth, the plan is to hire four new contractors to support core operations. These roles include positions in graphic design, heat press operations, sales, and general shop assistance. Each role is essential to maintaining high production quality, increasing customer engagement, and ensuring efficient day-to-day workflow.
1. Graphic Design Contractor
Department: Graphic Design
Duties:
Create original and custom designs based on client needs and market trends
Provide creative direction and ensure brand consistency across all projects
Perform quality checks on all design work before production
Ideal Candidate: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong attention to detail and a creative eye. Experience in print design is a plus.
2. Heat Press / Flash Dryer Operator
Department: Production
Duties:
Operate heat press and flash dryer machines
Press printed designs onto garments or flash cure screen-printed transfers
Maintain equipment and ensure proper temperature and timing for each order
Ideal Candidate: Comfortable with physical tasks, familiar with garment handling, and able to follow safety and quality protocols
3. Sales Contractor
Department: Sales & Client Relations
Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to secure custom print jobs
Maintain and build relationships with existing customers
Record sales activities and follow up on leads consistently
Ideal Candidate: Strong communication skills, customer service experience, and a persuasive personality with a results-driven mindset.
4. Roamer (Shop Helper)
Department: Operations Support
Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general inquiries
Help package completed orders for pickup or shipping
Weed vinyl designs and assist in production tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate: Flexible, reliable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn different aspects of the business

Job Description:
We are currently hiring
Sales Receptionists to join our growing custom apparel business. You’ll be responsible for answering and returning customer phone calls and emails related to custom t-shirt orders and quotes. You’ll earn a
10% commission on all paid orders you help bring in.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to voicemails.
Return calls to potential customers who submitted email quote or order requests
Explain products, pricing, and custom order options.
Follow up to help customers complete their orders.
Submit lead/order information to our team for processing.
Requirements:
Friendly, professional phone manner
Basic computer and email skills
Phone and internet access
Must be available M–F between 8AM–8PM
Previous phone sales or receptionist experience preferred
