Welcome to DQK Products LLC dba DK's Screen Prints & Custom Designs (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you (“customer”, “client”, or “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). 

Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

DK's Screen Prints & Custom Designs offers custom apparel design and printing services, including but not limited to screen printed transfers, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation, and portrait transfers.

Customers may provide pre-made artwork or request custom artwork based on concepts and ideas. Orders are fulfilled according to the customer’s specified quantities, garment types, fabric preferences, and timelines.

2. Order Process & Payment

• All custom orders require advance payment before work begins.

• Orders must include full details such as design specifications, sizing, color, quantity, and deadlines.

• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, approved financing partners (e.g., Affirm, After-Pay, Klarna), or direct invoice.

• Financing options are subject to approval by third-party lenders, and DK's is not responsible for their terms or decisions.
  
  

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• All custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
  Cancellations before production may be eligible for a partial refund minus any design, processing, or material costs incurred.
  In the case of defects or errors caused by our team, we will work with you to issue a reprint or store credit.
  
  

4. Turnaround Time & Delivery

• Estimated turnaround times will be discussed at the time of order and depend on the complexity and volume.
  Delays caused by third-party suppliers, shipping carriers, or acts of nature are not the responsibility of DK's Screen Prints & Custom Designs.
  We offer in-store pick-up, local delivery, and shipping to all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders over $150.
  
  

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing correct and final artwork, sizing, spelling, and order details.
  Once approved, artwork or production files cannot be altered without possible delays or additional fees.
  Customers must respond promptly to communications to avoid production delays.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• By submitting artwork, you affirm you own the rights or have permission to use the designs.

• DK's Screen Prints & Custom Designs will not be held liable for any copyright/trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied content.

• All custom artwork created by DK's Screen Prints & Custom Designs remains the intellectual property of DK's Screen Prints & Custom Designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

7. Privacy

Customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which includes how we collect, store, and use your information. Your information will never be sold or shared without your consent, except as required to process your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

DK's Screen Prints & Custom Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
