1. Shipping Availability

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request (extra charges apply).
Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Local Pickup: Available by appointment at our Phoenix, AZ location.
Local Delivery: Discounts available for qualifying local orders.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment and design approval.
Custom design orders may take additional time depending on the size and complexity.

3. Tracking and Delivery

Once shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via email or text. Delivery delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) are outside our control, but we will assist with tracking inquiries.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect packages upon arrival. If your order is damaged or lost, contact us within 3 business days with photos and tracking details so we can assist with claims or replacements.

5. Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns are accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
